gccgo-multilib-mips-linux-gnu software package provides Go compiler (based on GCC) for the mips architecture, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gccgo-multilib-mips-linux-gnu
gccgo-multilib-mips-linux-gnu is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gccgo-multilib-mips-linux-gnu package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gccgo-multilib-mips-linux-gnu *
You will get with gccgo-multilib-mips-linux-gnu package name, version, architecture and description in a table
